I've been using a strategy that almost nobody knows about and I haven't lost a single trading day in over 3 months and I've traded almost every single day and once you actually learn it, it's going to completely change the way that you look at the market. So, without further ado, let's go ahead and get into it. First off, I'm going to show you the proof of this, okay? This is all on one account. This is July of 2026 when I started the account. As you can see, uh previous month, no trades. Started on the 22nd and flawless month there at the end of July. As you can see, we got through all of August, which most traders actually fail in August. As you can see, we didn't lose a single trading day there. And now we are in September where still we are completely flawless. Today is actually the 15th of September. It's Asia session, so I just got my last trade to request a payout here. As you can see, just requested it. It's in review. And again, so you can see even more proof. You really can't fake this. These are all Lucid payouts. I made around $40,000 in payouts just with them in the last 30 days alone as well. So, without further ado, let's go ahead and look at the goals of what I'm trying to accomplish in this video for you. So, the first goal of this video I have is for you to be able to understand exactly how my PO3 strategy is actually traded, which you should be able to do at the end of this video. My second goal for this video is for you to walk out with a clear set of rules for you to go in and trade, which it also be done by the very end of this video. And third, but most importantly, the last goal is going to be for you to be able to understand how to use this to actually pass funded accounts and actually make real money with real prop firm payouts like I just showed you. So, without further ado, let's go ahead and get into the first goal of the video, which is understanding the PO3 strategy. So, the first thing we need to understand is what actually is a power of three. Well, a power of three is basically how the entire market moves. The market cannot just move straight up or straight down, okay? The market has to essentially wait for bigger players to be able to enter. And the way that happens is the market moves in stair steps, okay? So, we'll have big moves, sideways moves, little pullbacks, big moves, sideways move, little pullback, big move, okay? Now, essentially here what's happening after the big move, we have a ton of people entering here, here, here, here, here, all when the market's moving sideways. For the institutions to enter, they need liquidity to actually fill their orders, okay? So, what they need to do is stop all of those people out, form a fake out, and then the market can go in their desired direction, and then boom, they have a couple million dollars more to actually go and fill the big orders, the one that actually make moves in the market. Now, I know that might sound confusing, so we're actually going to draw it out. It's actually very simple to spot, okay? The power of three is three things. The first step is accumulation, okay? All accumulation is is when the market is moving sideways. It's not trending up, it's not trending down. We're basically bouncing in to a range, okay? Now, the second part of a power of three is called a manipulation. That is this institutional fake out. That's where all of these players here are getting stopped out, okay? And everyone thinks the market's going short, providing them even more liquidity, okay? Then, once all these stop losses are raided, this is our manipulation, then the market will start to reverse and put in step three of the power of three, which is distribution, that real market move, the strongest and quickest moves in the market, okay? That's exactly what we're trying to participate in. We don't want to participate in this or this. All we want to participate is in the distribution, which makes our strategy extremely simple. Essentially, all we have to do is wait for two things. We wait for the market to move sideways and accumulate. We wait for a fake out or a manipulation. And once price starts to reverse, and we get some sort of entry confirmation, which I'll show you in this video, boom, that's where we enter long, stop loss at the low, and target whatever high we need. That's how we can catch our play. Now, you're probably asking yourself, "Okay, Jack, this is literally just a [ __ ] drawing of a pattern on a chart. How am I supposed to trade this? This doesn't make any sense." Well, what most people actually miss in the power of three is they do trade it like a pattern. We don't. You have to actually align this with the way it's institutionally formed, which is around a higher time frame candlestick, okay? So, let me show you exactly what I mean, okay? Every power of three has a correlated higher time frame candlestick, okay? The one that we like to trade most is a 4-hour candlestick to a 1-minute PO3, okay? So, very simple, that's pretty much what I trade every single time I do this, okay? Now, essentially, what happens here is when a new 4-hour candle opens, or when any candlestick opens, this is what happens. Step one, the candlestick opens, obviously. Candlestick has to open, right? If we are going to be bullish, okay? If this candlestick's going to be bullish, the second thing that is going to happen, we're not going to go up here, we're not going to go up here, we're going to first form the bottom wick, okay? Before we do anything. So, that's this is what our power of three is, okay? Step one, the candlestick opens in the 1-minute, we accumulate, okay? Then, we will manipulate to put in the bottom wick of this higher time frame candlestick, okay? Once the bottom wick is put in, and again, we start to reverse, this is coming back up, the candlestick's kind of about to flip green again, boom, that's when we can get in. So, that's the concept in its simplicity, but let's take a look at an example of an actual setup here, and I'm going to give you a step-by-step checklist on how to actually enter using entry confirmations in the real chart, not just concept. Now, this doesn't happen every single time, but it can be really good for your bias. In this trade, I have a couple other things that are good for my bias, okay? We have this new week opening gap. That's a clear target for me. However, I'm on the 4-hour time frame right now. A good amount of the time when the previous 4-hour candle is bullish, okay, and we have narrative to go in the continue the same direction, this next 4-hour candle is also going to be bullish, okay? That happens a lot of the time. As you can see right here in this like okay bullish bullish bullish coulda gone in 4-hour PO3s all the way there. Bearish, bearish, coulda gone in PO3s there. And again, when the market's choppy, it's a little tricky to decide this, but we have clear direction here. So, we're in this day assuming that the next candle's going to be bullish, okay? So, that's just a quick little tip here. But, let's actually get into the actual checklist and the process of this trade, okay? First thing you guys need to do is you need to go into indicators. I'll move up my chart right here. Go to indicators and look up HTF Power 3. Uh you do not have to pay for this indicator. It's not even my indicator. Go ahead and click that. What that's going to do is it makes it so you don't have to switch between the 1-minute chart and the 4-hour chart constantly, which would make this strategy confusing. What you do is you just go to settings here. Boom, put it on the 4-hour time frame, click okay. Then, no matter what time frame you're on, you're always going to have the current 4-hour candle next to you, which helps you align the power of three, okay? So, checklist. What we're going to do, okay? So, step one is mark out 10:00 a.m. Eastern time, okay? Why do we mark out 10:00 a.m. Eastern? It is 30 minutes after the market opens, and that is when a brand new 4-hour candle opens, okay? We want to see this happen basically right when a new 4-hour candle opens. So, that's the very first thing we're going to do. Market's been open 30 minutes, 10:00 a.m. hits, we mark that out. That's when we start to spot the PO3. The second thing you want to look for is for accumulation of price. So, we can see right when this new 4-hour candle opens here, we're not really trending in either direction, right? We're moving sideways relative to what the market was doing. That means we are in an accumulation phase. Usually, I just like to mark this out with a green box here. Step two, you want to look for the nearest 15-minute fair value gap closest to price here, okay? So, in this scenario, I'm going long, right? What am I automatically doing? I'm going on to the 15-minute chart and I can very clearly see, great, there is a 15-minute fair value gap here. What I'm going to do is I'm going to mark that out. That's where I want price to tap into, okay? When we talk about manipulation, something you guys need to understand is you need narrative for the manipulation. You don't want to pattern trade the power of three, okay? Why would price reverse somewhere? Oh, this is the nearest 15-minute gap, the nearest pocket of liquidity, okay? If buyers are going to remain in control, they're not going to let price push past this pocket of liquidity. They're actually going to have more entries out of it, okay? So, that's what we're looking at, nearest 15-minute gap. If scenario happens where you're like, okay, you know, this one had a long wick, whatever, this one had a long wick, you know, there's no 15-minute gap, then you would drop down to the 5-minute chart, occasionally the 1-hour or, you know, the 1-minute if there's no 5 or 15, but generally, 5 or 15 is going to be your best bet here, okay? Now, what you need to do is go back to the 1-minute time frame. So, now what you want to see is for price to tap into this 15-minute gap, okay? And not only that, but also form the low of the new 4-hour candlestick, right? If this tap into the 15-minute gap is like way up here and it's not putting in the low of the 4-hour candle, then again, that would just be a pattern trade. We're trying to align this with a high time frame candlestick, okay? But anyways, now we're thinking, okay, where do we actually enter? How do we know this is the bottom? How do we know price is about to reverse and begin our distribution?" And step three we covered, which is manipulating into the gap, but step four of this entry checklist is called order flow confirmation, okay? That means we want to see a fair value gap disrespected on the bearish side of the market, and then a new fair value gap on the 1-minute time frame respected in the direction of your bias, okay? Which we're going to take a look at right now. That's basically the last thing, and then the fifth part of the checklist is setting your take profit and your stop loss, which will also do, okay? So, a lot of people will see this, "Okay, it's flipping green. I'm ready to get in, okay?" Let's even wait a little bit longer. Okay, great. We got a fair value gap inversion right here, right? We disrespected a fair value gap. Let's wait a little longer. Oh, great. We even got an inversion here, okay? So, most people are going to see, "Okay, I have a VG, boom, I'm ready to get in." But, as you can see, there is actually no 1-minute bullish gap on the 1-minute time frame formed after we tapped into that 15-minute gap, which is what we're looking for. So, what do we do? Is all we're doing is waiting for that exact thing to happen, okay? So, right here, we form a 1-minute fair value gap, okay? There's essentially two here. We're going to basically just mark them out both here, all this one gap. Now, what we want to see is for price to tap into this 1-minute gap and for it to get respected, meaning we push back out of it. We do not close back down below it, okay? So, as you can see here, I'm actually still not ready to enter this position because we just disrespected these bullish gaps. So, again, we need to wait for new bullish gaps to form, get respected, and then we can enter. So, as you can see, I'm waiting for a gap to get respected, meaning we don't inverse it on the bull side of things, and then see a reversal out of it, okay? So, boom, right here, reversal out of that gap, okay? Safe stop loss can be all the way at that 4-hour low. If you have a 1:1 to the accumulation highs, you can target it for this trade. Generally, I like to be anywhere in between a 1:1 or a 1:2 on this strategy. And we can watch this play out pretty quickly right here. Now, all in all, if you want to screenshot this, here's the entry checklist. As you can see, final step is actually going to be five here. Let's type that in for you guys right here, where you have your stop loss at the 4-hour manipulation low. Now, take profit is going to have to be optimized based on the prop firm balance you have and the actual prop firm you're trading on, which leads me into the third and final goal of this video. How do you actually pass funded accounts with this strategy and make a [ __ ] load of money with prop firm payouts using this? And very importantly, before I start this section of the video, I'm showing you that this isn't just me doing this, okay? This is one of my one-on-one mentorship students, Alan, okay? This is on August 4th, he got his very ever first payout of prop firms after trading for 10 years and trading prop firms for 2 years, okay? $1,500 payout with Apex. Keep in eye on the date, okay? 8/4. It is literally only 15 days later, 2 weeks later after that, he got three more Apex payouts here, and he had 10K in payouts in total from Apex and Blue Sky, okay? That's nothing to 10K in payouts in literally 2 weeks just by following the system I'm about to show you about. And again, it doesn't just stop there. Literally a couple days ago, he sent me a $5,400 payout from Lucid, and he actually got nine more Apex payouts, so he's well over 20K in payouts in just under 3 weeks now. So, let's go ahead and to show you exactly what I'm talking about. In my mentorship, I literally build every single student an exact prop firm portfolio. I tell them what accounts to trade when. They master not only the strategy, but the prop firm math that helps keep them taking consistent payouts. Because most of you just have this strategy piece of the puzzle and you're still just blowing accounts every single week. So, if you are interested in applying and you're really committed to becoming a full-time prop firm trader, you can go ahead and click the first link in the description, apply, we'll see if you're a good fit. But, I do want to move on to the third goal of this video, which is how the [ __ ] did I get 3 months of P&L on one of my funded accounts at a 100% win rate trading almost every single day with this. Now, I want to show you guys a very important sheet, which is the risk to reward and win rate cheat sheet, okay? Basically, what this sheet is is it tells you what your win rate should be based on what risk to reward that you trade, okay? So, for example, if you're trading a 1:4 risk to reward, okay, you need to be over a 20% win rate to be profitable, okay? If you're trading a 1:5, you could lose 80% of your trades and still be profitable. However, if you are trading a 1:1, then generally, you need a much higher win rate to be profitable, okay? But, with this chart, there's also a very easy statistical assumption, okay? If you are risking 1:1, then your win rate is automatically going to be higher. Doesn't matter what edge you have on the charts, okay? Now, there's one other thing that we assume with risk to reward, okay? The lower your risk to reward is, automatically higher your win rate's going to be, okay? That is statistical fact, okay? It does not matter if you trade order flow, ICT, support resistance, or complete and utter patterns. If your risk to reward is lower, your win rate is automatically statistically higher, okay? So, let's talk risk math for a second here, okay? On majority of prop firms, what I like to do is I like to get to the max balance that I can take take payout, which is max balance before my winning day. So, I'll make $3,400 if my payout target is $4,000. And then, the remaining four winning days I need are only $150 get me there, okay? So, essentially, I will trade a, you know, relatively average risk-to-reward. Basically, you know, depends on the trade, right? But, for these trades, I'm trading normally. Could be a one-to-one, could be a one-to-two, could be a one-to-four risk-to-reward, okay? On my winning days, where I only need $150, I take my risk-to-reward down, okay? I take it down so far where I actually take a negative risk-to-reward, okay? So, if I have a day where I already have all of my buffers built up, and as you can see, I went on a pretty good winning streak here, so I have like, what, an $8,000 buffer at this point, I'm going to automatically just lower my risk-to-reward, okay? To increase my win rate, because that's all I'm focused on is getting 150 winning days, okay? Now, I still set a daily loss limit for myself, but what that means is anytime I see a setup and I only need a $150 winning day, occasionally, I might go negative on my risk-to-reward. I might go as negative as 0.5, okay? Usually, it's anywhere between a one-to-one to a 0.5, sometimes occasionally as low as a 0.3. I'd say pretty rarely. Usually, it's anywhere in between a half R and a one R. And that's why my win rate has been so powerful with these accounts, because as you can see, once I built up this balance, you know, I'll pat myself on the back, fantastic streak right here, got my winning days there. But, once I built up this pretty big buffer, as you can see, all I needed was these winning days. So, I just lowered my risk-to-reward, and from then, it's been pretty smooth and pretty easy to just basically win almost every single day I'm trading. Now, that being said, I don't trade all of my prop firm accounts at once. I don't copy trade everything. I group my accounts, okay? I come from a wealth management and financial planning degree background, okay? I treat prop firms like a true portfolio. I would not put all my money into one penny stock if I saw it was doing good and I had a 500k portfolio. No, you'd probably want to spread it out, right? That's exactly the way that I operate with prop firms. So, hopefully this video clarified a lot for you with strategy, how you can kind of diversify your risk reward based on what your goals are. If you do want to learn more about the exact way that I trade prop firms, I'm going to link the video right here. It's my most recent upload. You can go ahead and watch that. That's basically a 30-minute, 35-minute masterclass on exactly the way that I do trade prop firms. But, hopefully you got a lot of value out of this video. And, as always, if you do want to apply to the mentorship to be coached by me one-on-one and get guaranteed three payout months in a row where I work for completely free, then go ahead and click the first link down below.
