⏳ Backtest pending — a data-backed verdict will be attached.

Verdict

Not backtestable — no mechanical strategy to test. Discretionary price-action trading on gold/forex with no mechanical entry rules — candle-close confirmation and high-break bias, but no testable trigger.

We only score videos that teach a rule-based strategy (a defined entry trigger, stop and exit a computer could follow). This one doesn't contain one, so there is nothing to backtest — we show no number rather than a made-up one.

basically now you've seen price move up at this point on gold right over here and let's say for example that you haven't entered at this point so first thing you got to do is you have to measure this range so if I measure the range this range is about you know 43 Pips at this point if it's 43 Pips and you're looking for an entry my favorite way to entry at this point would be this right over here so if I'm looking at this candle here I know this candle is rejecting now but what I want to see is even if this candle Rejects at this point you can see right here the time show them the time new candle is going to form if the new candle breaks the high of this previous candle that's going to be the perfect impul entry for price to continue to push up but you cannot just buy as this candle is closing bearish thinking that oh you know we're moving up and I'm just going to take a buy no the candle has to close in your favor or if you're looking at impulse entries we have to break Above This High because you have enough range for price to move up get it so waiting for the cand to close and waiting for those price action confirmations is something that really works price action is King
