Verdict

Not auto-backtested — honestly, we can't. AI-decoded: Intraday option buying straddle on NIFTY 50 weekly at fixed 09:20 AM entry with +20% premium-rise momentum trigger, individual 20% SL / 60% target, trailing SL, and ₹2,500 portfolio stop per lot.

We give real option backtests only for fixed-entry option-selling structures (weekly credit/ratio spreads) priced on real cached NIFTY premiums. This one is directional option BUYING (needs intraday/tick option data), which needs intraday/tick option data and a chart-signal engine we don't have — so we show no number rather than a misleading proxy. Flagged for a hand-built review.

Create an intraday option buying strategy on the Nifty 50 (current weekly expiry, 1 lot) that initializes at 09:20 AM and squares off all open positions at 03:15 PM. At exactly 09:20 AM, select the At-The-Money (ATM) Call (CE) and Put (PE) strikes based on the Nifty Spot price and record their Last Traded Prices (LTP) without entering immediately. Apply a Wait & Trade (W&T) momentum condition of +20% on both legs, meaning a Buy entry is triggered on the CE leg only if its premium rises 20% above its 09:20 AM reference price, and a Buy entry is triggered on the PE leg only if its premium rises 20% above its 09:20 AM reference price. Once either leg triggers and enters a trade, cancel the pending trigger on the opposite leg (or allow a maximum of 1 re-entry on the other leg if the first leg hits its stop-loss). Set an individual leg Stop-Loss of 20% and a Target Profit of 60% on the entry premium. Additionally, apply a step-trailing stop-loss (Trail SL) where for every 10% increase in the option premium, the stop-loss trails upward by 5%, and set an overall portfolio-level MTM stop-loss of ₹2,500 per lot for the day.
