Let me save us both some time. This is for you if you've been at this more than 6 months and you are still not where you want to be. If you blown an account, maybe two. If you are tired of jumping between strategies, hoping the next one finally clicks. If you want a shortcut or magic indicator, close this video. That's not what this is. But if you are ready to actually solve the problem, stay a while and listen. Here's what I'm covering in this video. First, why traders stay stuck for years. Not the surface level stuff, but the real reason nobody talks about. Second, a complete trading strategy for free. No catch. You can use it right away. And third, the 90-day road map that turns knowing into doing because knowing what to do has never been the problem. 90 days from now, you could trade like a different person. Not because you found some holy grail setup, but because you finally have the rules you can trust, a process you can follow, and the discipline to execute when it's uncomfortable. Imagine taking a loss and walking away clean. No revenge trait, no spiral, just done for the day. Imagine waking up without checking your phone in panic. That's where we are going. The trading industry runs on one lie. You need more. More indicators, more alerts, more courses, more complexity. And it works because it sounds true. If you are not winning, you must be missing something, right? Wrong. The traders who win have less less noise, less clatter, less chaos in their heads. They subtracted while everyone else kept adding. The complexity isn't helping you. It's the product. You are not the customer. You are the revenue. Here's what nobody tells you in the courses. Trading is a mind game disguised as a strategy game. You already know what to do. You know you shouldn't revenge trade. You know you should honor your stop-loss. You know overtrading kills accounts. But when you are down three trades and the anger kicks in, you do it anyway. That's not a strategy problem. That's an execution problem, an emotional regulation problem, a discipline problem. Your P&L is a mirror. It reflects your emotional state more than your technical skill. Fix the mind and the results will follow. Most traders chase win rate. They think 80% 90% accuracy is the goal. Let me show you why that's actually backwards. Trader A wins 90% of the time. Average win $10. Average loss $100. Nine wins $90. One loss $100. Net negative $10. 90% win rate losing money. Trader B wins 40% of the time. Average win, $200. Average loss, $100. Four wins, $800. Six losses, $600. Net positive, $200. 40% win rate, making money. This is expectancy, the only math that actually matters. And most traders have never even heard about it. It gets worse. Your brain is working against you, not metaphorically, but chemically. The market operates like a slot machine. Random winds flood your system with dopamine, it feels incredible, and your brain learns. Trading equals pleasure. And here's the trap. When you ignore your stop-loss, hold through the pain, and the trade comes back, that random win trains your brain to repeat the bad behavior. You feel like a genius. The market rewarded you for being undisiplined. Now, you'll do it again and eventually it won't come back. You are not trading for profits anymore. You are trading for the hit, for that dopamine hit. And I know you bought courses before. Maybe they were good. Maybe you learned something. But a few weeks later, same patterns repeat, same mistakes, same results. And here's why. Courses give you information, but information doesn't change behavior. And as I like to say, information without implementation is intellectual masturbation. You know, you should eat better. You know you should exercise. Knowing isn't the problem. Doing is the problem. Courses leave you alone with your worst habits. No structure, no accountability, no one to call you out when you are lying to yourself. Lone wolf traders blow account in silence. That's not a flex. It's a trap. All right. I promised you a strategy. So here it is. No teaser. No join the course to see the rest. This is the whole thing. This works on forex, crypto, stocks, futures, any market, any time frame, any time. Most people would charge for this, but I'm giving it away because I want you to see what simple and effective actually looks like. The strategy is built on three levels. Previous daily high, previous daily low, and previous daily close. That's it. Three lines on your chart. And you might ask why these specific levels? Well, it's because every institutional trader, every algorithm, every bank on the planet is watching these levels. They are not watching your custom indicator. They are watching what price did yesterday. So when price reaches PDH, PDL or PDC, something actually happens. Always a reaction, a bounce, a break. And your job is to be there when it does. And all you need is two setups. Setup one, break and retest. Price breaks through one of your levels, closes beyond it, then comes back to test it from the other side. You enter on the retest. Trade the continuation of the trend. And the setup number two is swing failure pattern. It's a simple reversal pattern. Price pokes above the previous daily high or below the previous daily low. Looks like a breakout, but it doesn't hold. Price closes back inside. Failed the breakout. Trap traders. So, you enter the reversal. Break and retest for continuation. Swing failure pattern for reversal. That's the whole entire playbook. Let me walk through it. Start of the day, mark yesterday's high, low, and close on your chart. three lines done. So for the break and retest, you simply wait for the breakout and the price needs to hold above the breakout and you simply enter on the retest. So in this case on this schematic, this was a retest of the previous daily high and previous daily close and this is the marked out daily candle. So the candles going to represent the daily chart and this is going to represent a lower time frame chart. You can execute on 1 minute, 5 minute, 15 minute and actually you can use whatever execution model you want. I like to use SBS swing breakout sequence and the fib geometry setups. I covered that in my previous videos. So make sure to watch those if you want to learn deeper about my execution models. But you can use anything you want. So for this break and retest, you can use whatever you want on the lower time frames. So this is simple market structure. You have bullish trend, higher lows, higher highs and in here you have a breakout, higher high, retest, higher low. And actually this in here is an SBS. One, two, three, four, five. So that's one of my entry models. And the same thing is for the swing failure pattern. You want to mark out the three levels. And it's the same thing. You have the daily candle. And in this case, this was the swing failure pattern here. Sweeping previous daily low, previous daily close. And what you want to see is you want to see price breaks the low and then quickly comes back and provides a opportunity to enter. Yet again you can enter on the fib geometry. It's a double pullback. So you have first pullback and you enter on the second pullback at 50% limit order completely mechanical execution and you just hold it into close or you can hold it to previous daily high. A lot of these setups are going to run into close meaning that you can enter in the morning set your stop loss close the chart and walk away come back later at market close and see how it played out. It requires only about one hour every single day to spot the setup to enter and then you can just monitor it on your phone. You can do whatever you want and just make sure that you are trailing behind the structure or just set it and forget it. Walk away and come back at market close. And yet again you can use whatever trading model you want. You can even use ICT concepts the repackaged stuff which is pretty much the same thing. There is your unicorn breaker or whatever you want to call it. FVG tap into the breaker. It doesn't matter. It's all the same thing. It's either going to be a reversal pattern or it's going to be break and retest pattern. There is nothing else. Everything else fits into these two. Keep it simple. You don't need to learn another language. You're just simply looking for the three levels. And then you execute two setups. SFP or break and retest. That's all it is. And this is what I call candle swing theory. So essentially every candle is a swing point. There is a structure inside of every candle. So that's why we marking out the previous daily candle. But you can actually apply this to any high time frame candle. You can sculp while using hourly candles. So you mark out previous hourly candle high and low. You can also mark out the close but the candle close itself is not that significant. And I know that I'm using the previous daily close but the previous daily close is special because that's the end of the cash session for the market. So, it's a bit different than just a regular candle close. As far as the candle closures, I don't trust them. Especially when I see a range and there's a little close about that range on the one minute chart, I don't trust that close. So, I don't really use the candle closure as confirmation. You can, but in my opinion, they are just not reliable. I only use the previous daily close and the previous weekly close, which is the same as the Friday close. So, it's still a previous daily close, but you can use the candle swing theory, candle high, candle low, and look for the two setups, break and retest or swing failure pattern. So, instead of being a daily chart, this could be hourly chart. So, this could be an hourly candle. And the same scenario at the bottom here, this was a swing failure pattern and price reversed. And then on top of this candle, it was the break and retest. And important information is that I am not waiting for candle to closure because there is a lot of people talking about candle one, candle two, candle three. I don't care about the closures yet again unless it's a daily chart. I don't care about the closures. I just need the previous candle. As long as I have a previous candle, I can look for the sweep of that candle and then trade back inside that candle. This candle over here could be still developing and I'm already in the trade. I don't need to wait for the closure of this candle in here. Just like I don't need to wait for the hourly retest of this level after this breakout. I don't wait for this candle to close over here. I enter on the breakout and retest on the lower time frames. And if you are just sitting and waiting for the candle closure, I'm already in the trade. If you are waiting for the candle closure, I'm already in the trade. So, it's important to understand what you're really doing because the more you wait for the confirmation, the higher the chances are that you're going to miss the entire move. And another mistake people make is that they focus on the lower time frames instead of waiting for their POIs on the higher time frame. If the price is not reaching previous daily low, previous daily high, previous daily close, I am not touching the lower time frame. It doesn't matter how the lower time frame looks. It might look like a++ setup, whatever. I am waiting for the previous daily levels because they are more important than lower time frame price action. So, with that being said, let me show you on the chart. All right. So, here's the Dow Jones futures. This is the monthly chart, and I want to do a top-down analysis with you so you can see how easy this trading strategy really is. So, what you do is you come in and you mark out your monthly candle. So, the previous monthly candle low and the previous monthly candle high. Like I said, we don't really mark out the closes. We only mark out the daily closes. So, here's the weekly chart. Same thing. We're going to mark out previous weekly high and previous weekly low. Then we go to the daily chart. Same thing. We mark out previous daily low and previous daily high. So, as you can see already for today, today is Monday. We already swept the Friday low and reached the previous daily high. And I actually took this trade and I will be making a recap for my private members for stoic traders. Now you go to the hourly chart and here I like to use some indicators just to show me the hourly chart. So it's just a simple indicators to show the days and to show the boxes around the days. So I can easily see where is the previous daily high, previous daily low and this is also these lines in here. These are the closes. So previous daily close is over here. And you can see this was a beautiful setup today. I took it after this market open sweep the shaded area marking out the New York session. So, this is going to be the 900 a.m. candle. And this is going to be in here a 10 a.m. candle. So, I bought this 900 a.m. candle while the market was opening up at 9:30 and it went higher. Beautiful trade. You can see it on my Twitter at Stoicta. And that's why I also going to be sharing these setups. So, make sure to follow me on Twitter at Stoic TA. Now that we have this previous week highlighted, I want to show you these setups that happened on the Dow Jones. So this is what happened last week. The Monday opens up and has tight consolidation pre-market sweep and then market opens and continues higher. So this was a beautiful long setup right before the market opens. And I always say, don't predict where the price is going because the setup is the setup. I don't care if it goes higher or lower. All I care about is my setup. So when I see tight consolidation and a sweep and quick recovery, I already know that this is setting up for the long. And a lot of people believe that Monday is just such a bad day to trade. It's some low probability nonsense. But if you actually pay attention and you actually trade, you will realize that most Mondays have expansion in them and most Monday expand and set the range for the week. So how could be the Monday the lowest probability day? That logic is absolutely ridiculous. So Monday had a beautiful setup and you can hold it into close. Like I said, you can trail or just hold it into close. You can buy it pre-market or at the market open. If you are trading the New York session, the London session has some setups as well. Sometimes you're going to have a setup in Asia session, but it's really going to depend on your personal schedule and what hours you trade. Personally, I trade the New York session. That's why I have the shaded area highlighted for the New York session. But this over here was a beautiful break and retest setup. And then on Tuesday, you have the same thing. And this was a London sweep, right? You have the tight consolidation London sweep. And then during New York session, you have also a break and retest on top of here. So you have previous daily close. This line is the previous daily close. London dip and New York Beautiful. Tuesday, the same thing. You can see the previous daily close, previous daily high. And like I said, I don't care if market continues higher or lower. I'm going to trade the setup. So when I see tight consolidation and New York open, you got the big sweep, big candle down, you can just short this and hold it into close. Pretty cool, right? There it is again. We got the dip. And this was the previous monthly high retest. This is also the SBS. One, two, three, four, five. This is SBS on the higher time frame. Beautiful setup. Again, during the New York open, you have the sweep, dip, and rip. Now, not every day is going to be clean. That's why I like to watch different charts. I like to trade futures. I also watch the NASDAQ, S&P 500, crude oil, gold, even Bitcoin futures. This trading strategy works on everything. It doesn't really matter. You can trade crypto with this. You can trade forex futures, whatever you want. But this was also a break and retest. It just wasn't clean in here. It was a bit of a ranging day. And then today we have this dip and rip. Same thing again. Previous daily low has been swept and we trade back to the previous daily close and the previous daily high. This is also was an SBS. One, two, three, and four, five. If you want to learn about the swing breakout sequence SBS, I talk about it extensively on this YouTube channel. You can easily find it. Just look at my previous videos and you will see the swing breakout sequence. But now I'm going to pull up the five minute chart and we're going to see what kind of setups we had during these days on Dow Jones. So, here's what happened on five minute on Monday, and it was a simple break and retest. There's nothing complicated. You got a breakout, you buy the retest. I recommend setting your stop loss below here and you just hold it into close. Beautiful setup. This is what happened on Tuesday. Five minute chart. You have break and retest. You also have break and retest based on this structure. I only trade market structure. So you have the dip, breakout, retest, continuation higher. And this was a sweep of the previous daily close. This line over here is the previous daily close. It's the same line as here. Previous daily close. You could have actually executed my fib geometry on this. So we need two pullbacks. You have the first pullback and this is a second pullback and this is a third pullback. So the second pullback happens right at market open here. Again I have a detailed video on this channel titled fib geometry mechanical framework and this is a mechanical trading strategy. What you do is you enter simply on the second pullback and there is also an SBS in there because we have one, two, 3, 4, 5. The limit order goes at the 50% here. The stop loss goes below here and you looking at 7R. If you hold it, it's like 13 R. It's it goes up and up into close. So pretty much you just hold all of this, you enter, close your laptop, come back when it closed, and you captured all of this more than 10hour trade. Now if you wasn't sure, you can actually enter later on the third pullback. So there is the third pullback retracement to 50% 50% entry continuation higher. And like I said, you don't need to learn another language in order to take a simple break and retest trade. Here's what happened on Wednesday. And I actually took this trade on Wednesday. I just sell stopped the 15-minut candle. Here's how it looked on the 15-minut candle. I sell stopped this candle over here. And this was like sixhour trade for me. This was beautiful. And again, this was during the 9:30 open. You have 9:30 manipulation, whatever you want to call it. You got the sweep of the range and immediate breakdown below. And even on this candle over here, this is the 15-minute chart. You enter on a break and retest. Going back to the five minute chart, this was just a simple entry on the first pullback. Sometimes when you have such an obvious setups, you just enter on the first pullback or you wait for the second pullback and you miss the trade. It's up to you. But I want to emphasize that this is more important than this. meaning that the higher time frame levels, the previous daily high, previous daily low, previous daily close, they're going to be more important than the setup on the lower time frame. So maybe you were waiting for the two pullbacks, but you missed it. It's okay. Just go to another chart, go to another trade. You're going to miss the trades. You're going to lose the trades, but also you're going to catch the home run. And that's what this strategy is all about. Because if you just hold it into close, you will find that one home run can pay off many, many losses. And also today, this was the setup on the 5m minute chart. 9:30 open. This happened today and it's still going. And right now, this is the market close. And here's the trade that I took. And all I did is simply bought this retest. So, I saw this dip at market open. You got the dip, the sweep, whatever you want to call it, and you just buy the retest. So, it's a break and retest and continuation higher. And this one had a bit of a big stop-loss, but what I did is I just simply put the stop loss here. I entered it and it was just one YM contract and I closed it right at the market close. Absolutely beautiful banger if you would ask me. But this is what's possible with this very simple trading strategy. Putting it all together, every day before the session, mark previous daily high, previous daily low, previous daily close, then wait. You don't force trades. You let price come to you. When price reaches a level, ask one question. Did it break clean or did it fail? Clean break that retests. That's continuation. Enter with the trend. Poke through and a quick revert back inside the range. That's the swing failure pattern. Enter the reversal. And for entry confirmation for your execution trading model, use whatever you like, whatever you want. It's all going to fall under SFP or break and retest anyway. So you can use engulfing candle, lower time frame structure break, swing breakout sequence, fib geometry. It doesn't really matter. The edge is in the level. The edge is in that previous day POI. The confirmation is just timing the trade. Three levels, two setups every single day. But why does this work? Well, there are three reasons. First, it's based on real liquidity. Previous daily high and previous daily low are where most orders cluster stops, limits, institutional interests. When price reaches these levels, something happens. Second, it's what the big players actually watch. Banks don't care about your RSI divergence. They don't care about your first presented FVG. They care about key price levels. These three levels are on every institutional screen in the world. And third, it's very simple. You are not waiting for five indicators to align. You're not waiting for the planet alignment. Mark three lines, wait, execute, done. Simple doesn't mean easy, but simple is what survives. Now, the part nobody wants to hear. I just give you a strategy that works. Traders make money with this every single day. But the strategy won't make you profitable. And here's why. You'll still revenge trade after a loss. You'll still move your stop-loss when it gets uncomfortable. You'll still overtrade on slow days because you are bored. Strategy is maybe 20% of this game. The other 80% is execution, risk management, emotional control, discipline. And this is why courses fail. They give you the playbook. They don't give you the ability to follow it. You don't need more strategies. You have one now. What you need is a system to make yourself execute. So what's the actual solution? It's not another strategy, not another indicator, not another guru with a Lambo. It's a system, one that addresses the real problem. I call it the Stoic edge. And it's built on three pillars. Simplicity. One setup master deeply beats a 100 setups known superficially. Stop adding and start substracting. Discipline. Process over outcome. A losing trade executed with discipline is a win. A winning trade executed with chaos is a loss. And last but not the least, mastery. Control what you control. Your preparation, your entry, your size, your stop loss. Release what you don't. The market's next move isn't up to you. The Stoics figured this out 2,000 years ago, and profitable traders figure it out eventually. Most just take it too long. The road map is simple. 90 days, three phases. Phase one, foundation, days 1 through 30. Phase two, discipline, days 31- 60. And phase three, mastery, days 61 through 90 and beyond. Each phase builds on the last. You don't skip ahead. You trust the process. Phase one, foundation. The rule that trips everyone up. No live trading. I know you want to make money. Now, that impulse is exactly what got you stuck. This phase isn't about profit. It's about habits. You learn the system. You implement the daily routine. You paper trade with full execution. Every trade journaled, every setup evaluated. The milestone 30 consecutive daily journal entries. If you miss a day, counter resets and you repeat the whole phase. Sounds strict. It is. That's why it works. Phase two, discipline. Now you are live but with a constraint. You are only trading the minimum position size possible. So if you are trading NASDAQ futures, you're trading one microcontract of NASDAQ futures. This phase is about proving you can follow rules when real money is on the line. Paper trading is easy. Anyone can be disciplined when nothing's at stake. You follow the six risk rules, no exceptions. The 1% rule, the three strike rule, the stop-loss covenant, all of them. The milestone 30 consecutive days without a single rule violation. If you broke a rule, counter resets. No phase three until you have 30 clean days. This is where most traders fall apart. And this is where it actually matters. Phase three, mastery. Full position size, emotions recognized and managed. The system is a second nature. But here's the part most people miss. You teach something you learned. You share your story with the community. And you might be asking why. Well, it's because teaching locks in mastery. When you explain it to someone else, you understand it deeper. When you help others, you reinforce your own discipline. By day 90, you won't recognize your old trading self. Risk rules absolutely non-negotiable. One, never risk more than 1 to 2% per trade. Two, three losses in a day, you are done. Walk away. Three, down 6% for the week, you are done until Monday. Four, never take a trade below 2:1 reward to risk. Five, every trade has a hard stop-loss in the system before you enter. Six, once your stop loss is set, you never move it further away. You can move it closer to lock and profit, but never move your stop-loss further to avoid a loss. Never. These rules exist to protect you from yourself. Four emotions destroy trading accounts. You felt all of them. Fear shows up as hesitation. You see the setup but can't pull the trigger. The cure to this is reducing size until calm returns and also mechanical execution. Greed shows up as overtrading, skipping the checklist because this one's obvious. The cure for this return to your checklist. Read it out loud. Revenge shows up after a loss. You need to get it back. And the cure for this, stop trading. Today is over. done for the day. Euphoria shows up after a win streak. You feel untouchable and the cure for this return to normal size immediately. You won't completely eliminate this, but you learn to recognize them before they take the wheel. Why does this work when everything else didn't? Well, it's all because the system, checklists, templates, you don't figure out what to do. You follow the process. the challenge which is the structural daily routines milestones that have to be hit. You can't hide from your own progress and the community. Trade alone and your worst habits have no accountability. Trade in a group of disciplined operators and their standards become your floor. Information plus implementation plus accountability. All three that's what makes it stick. Let's recap. You got a complete strategy. Previous daily high, previous daily low, previous daily close, break and retest, swing failure pattern. Back test it and use it right away. You got the 90-day road map, foundation, discipline, mastery. You got the six risk rules that keep you in the game. You got the four enemies that blow accounts and how to beat them. Most courses don't give you this much. And this is was all for free. But here's the thing. You can take everything I just gave you and try to implement it alone. Some people do. It takes two to three years if they stick with it. But you can do it faster. You don't have to go through it again. I already went through it and I built the Stoic Edge system. a complete course with advanced setups, indepth explanations, the full market structure plus fib geometry framework, everything step by step. And starting with the 2026, I have introduced the 90-day challenge for the daily structure, weekly reviews, milestones that force progress. And of course, the Stoic Traders Community, a tribe of traders who hold you accountable, who call out your excuses, whose standards pull you up. System plus implementation plus community. This is for you if you've been stuck six months or more, blown at least one account, done with this cycle. This is for you if you will follow rules without negotiation. This is for you if you'll do the work. 30 days without live trading, 60 days at minimum size. It's not easy, but it works. This is not for you if you want a shortcut, want a secret indicator. If you are ready, go to stoicedge.com and join the Stoic Traders community. You will get access to the full Stoic Edge system with the 90-day challenge link in the description down below. And also in the description of this video, I have left you a free PDF of this trading strategy. You can print it out and read it every morning so you can stay on track. But before I go, remember that trading is a mind game disguised as a strategy game. You have a strategy. Now the question is whether you have the discipline to follow it. Most people don't, not alone. So master your mind. The prophets will follow. And always, no matter what happens in life, remember the only way is
