In trading, if you master the breaker block, you don't need any other strategy. Let's figure out what is breaker block and how to trade it. You already know in the market, whenever resistance breaks, it becomes support and when support breaks, it turns into resistance. Well, that's the same logic behind a breaker block. Here's how it works. If price is in a downtrend, making lower lows, then the swing highs act like bearish order blocks. Now, most traders place sell orders at that zone. So, this area becomes full of liquidity. But what if instead of reversing, price actually breaks through that bearish order block. That mean this order block fails. This failed order block is called a breaker block. After breaking the order block, price retests this breaker block. But now it acts as strong support. Why? Because most of traders who are at sell side, their stop losses are hit. Now if you see a bullish candle or any bullish price action on the retest, you enter the trade, set your stop loss just below the breaker block and aim for your takerit. Follow us to learn more.
