I've made over $121,300 just in the last 60 days from verified prop firm payout. $43,800 from Lucid Trading, $17,500 from Trade the Five, and $60,000 from Apex Trader Funding. And the majority of these profits have been made during Asia session. By the end of this video, you guys are going to learn my exact framework that I use to trade Asia session profitably. You're going to know when to trade it versus when to skip it, how to identify good price action versus bad price action, and the specific windows, draws on liquidity, and rules that I use in order to make this work. So, that being said, let's get into it. First off, I want to give you guys some context before we actually get into the strategy. I still do trade New York AM session. I forever will. I took a banger trade during New York AM today. But, as you guys have been seeing over the last 60 days, New York has just been very choppy and slow. And the majority of the delivery and the best price action throughout the day has been during Asia session. And here's why this matters if you're watching this. If you have a 9-5, if you just started school, if you're in a time zone where New York AM starts at 4:00 a.m., or you have a job where you just simply can't trade New York AM session, Asia gives you an actual shot to trade. Asia session runs from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Eastern time. That's after dinner or after work, a time where the vast majority of you guys watching this video can trade. And what a lot of people say online is that Asia session is dead. It has horrible price action and there's no way you can trade it profitably. And for the longest time, I thought the same until I actually back tested it myself, forward tested it, and then live traded it myself. It can be extremely clean and make you a lot of money if traded correctly. Our job as traders is to adapt to market conditions. Right now, Asia session has been way better than New York, so we have to take advantage of that good price action. And this leads me into part one of this video, and it's how to know when Asia session will be clean to trade. And this is the filter. This is the most important part of this video. Because the reality is Asia session isn't clean every single day. But, there's a way to know before the session opens and also while you're trading it. And I use two filters for this. One is more structural and then one is more visual. So, the first filter I use is called power of three. Accumulation, manipulation, distribution. The market moves in these three phases and every single session plays one of these roles. Here's the pattern that I've noticed over the last 60 days. New York session will typically accumulate, it'll be very choppy and there will be no delivery in price action. Meaning Asia session will then manipulate and then distribute to the draws. Or if New York expanded hard and takes out a bunch of draws on liquidity, you can expect Asia to accumulate. So, the first thing I do every single night before even looking at Asia open is I ask myself, "What did New York just do?" Did we take out any major draws? Did we deliver 500 points? If the answer to that is no and New York was extremely choppy, then I'll probably trade Asia session because it will most likely be clean, we'll most likely see some sort of manipulation and distribution towards those draws. And if New York did and expanded, then Asia probably won't. So, let me show you guys some examples of this on the charts. All right, so now we're on the charts. I want to show you guys what power of three looks like. So, it works in the form of accumulation, manipulation, and distribution. So, typically like I was saying, if New York accumulates, then Asia will typically be clean. We'll usually take out New York PM lows, New York AM lows, we'll have that manipulation and then distribution. Versus if New York has a lot of distribution, then typically Asia session will be choppy. So, now let me show you guys some examples from live charts. Also guys, I forgot to mention you should definitely have this indicator, ICT Kill Zones and Pivots by Trade for Op. If you don't have it, put it on right now and copy these settings. Asia session is between 8:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. Eastern time. London session is 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. New York AM is 9:30 to 11:00 and then we have lunch hour and PM session being at these times. So, you can definitely use this indicator if you guys want or you can just mark it out on the actual charts. All right, so let's play out 9:30 here. I'm on the 5-minute chart and you can clearly see that we just absolutely rip up. And we look to the left of us and we start taking out major draws on liquidity being this buy side right here. And we also have higher draws above this being these relative equal highs on the 4-hour chart. And going back to the 5-minute time frame here, we just absolutely rip up pretty much all freaking day. You see how it's 2:00 p.m. Eastern and we keep going up and up and up and up. So, seeing a move like this where 9:30 all the way to 4:00 p.m. just takes out major major draws on liquidity and we just had massive amounts of distribution, you can typically expect Asia session to be a lot choppier. Because again, the markets move on accumulation, manipulation, and then distribution. So, after the market's already distributed, what's most likely going to happen? Accumulation. So, we can look at the start of the day, which is at 6:00 p.m. And 6:00 p.m. is when the new day opens, guys, but 8:00 p.m. is really when Asia session truly starts. So, anything between 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. is pre-market of Asia session. And usually that has very low volatility of price action. But, let's just play this out. And here is the start of Asia session. And you can just see it that we are just chopping around for the entirety of Asia session. And also the start of the day. Why is that the case though? Because we just had massive amounts of distribution. So, again, Asia session is going to look a lot worse. So, now let me show you guys another example. This was on Monday, August 10th of 2026. Let me guys show you an example of some bad price action during New York AM session, okay? So, we can see that 9:30 opening bell is right here. And we can just play out New York AM session. And as you guys can see, there is just very slow price action here. There's a lack of delivery. And the 1-minute chart is very very choppy. You can see it's really whippy. We're not really distributing to any major draws and it just looks like the market is not doing anything at all. So, when you see price action that looks like this, we're range bound, right? We're not, again, going to any major draws, you can typically expect Asia session to do that distribution for the day. So, now that we've identified that New York is pretty much not doing anything and we can also just look at PM session here and it's looking the exact same where we're just kind of not going anywhere, really. Let's look at Asia session. So, the start of the day is really at 6:00 p.m. This is when you can get your bias and then the real start of Asia session is at 8:00 p.m. So, boom, there's that opening bell for Asia session and you can clearly see just the complete difference in price action here versus AM session. We actually have strong amounts of delivery, right? Let's turn on this indicator. You guys can clearly see AM really does nothing and it's very wiky and not that volatile versus Asia is a lot cleaner and a lot more volatile. Um and we actually have really, really solid delivery. And we actually run draws and we actually have direction, right? So, that's just one of the filters that I use in order to determine whether or not Asia session will be clean, but there's another filter that I use that is really, really helpful. And this is just simply looking at the 5-minute and 15-minute chart. I ask myself two major questions on this timeframe and that is, are we creating fair value gaps? And are the fair value gaps getting respected? Now, the creation of fair value gaps is so important because that shows real volatility in the market. That shows real direction. And it's also really important to see how price reacts from these fair value gaps. Are we disrespecting it and then that trade is failing and we're going the opposing direction? Are we respecting it and then we're starting to disrespect it and we're just going up and down? That kind of price action. So, the fair value gaps on the 5-minute and 15-minute timeframe really tell the story and let me show you guys some examples of what that looks like. All right, so we're going to take a look at this day for August 6th of 2026. So, again, this is one of the filters that I use in order to see whether or not Asia session will be clean because sometimes, you know, Asia or New York can be really choppy and then you might think, "Oh, Asia is still going to be really clean or it's definitely going to be clean, so I'm going to trade it." But, that's not always the case, right? You have to actually look at the market, of course, alongside this and have some sort of discretion of your own. But let's just play out Asia session here. So the start of Asia session is again at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time and let's just see what we are doing. Okay, so we're starting to create fair value gaps. We're showing some direction, but then this gap immediately gets inverse to the upside and then we start going lower, okay? And are we creating any 15-minute gaps at this point? No, okay? Is there any really obvious draw on liquidity? Not really at this point. There's no real direction, right? Just because again a gap gets made you still want to see gaps getting respected and then moving out of it, but is that happening? No, all right. The gap is again, if we look at the 15-minute chart at the start of Asia session, guys, also are we creating any 15-minute gaps? No. And this is what I mean, gaps are getting disrespected, but then we are going back lower. Then gaps are getting disrespected and then we're going back lower again. This gap is getting disrespected to the downside, then we're going up and it's just back and forth price action, right? I mean, this is just something that you guys have to be looking out for is just chop like very easily explainable being you just look at what looks like barcode price action, but I promise you guys the more you journal, the more you going to be able to see this over and over again. But yeah, this is something that I do and I just look at the 15-minute chart, I look at the 5-minute chart, see how we're reacting off gaps, see if we're even creating gaps. And the most important is really just seeing if there's an obvious direction and draw on liquidity that the fair value gaps are getting created towards. And if that's not the case, then I mean, there's no point in trading this that you guys know when to trade Asia and when not to trade Asia, I'm now going to get into the strategy portion of this video. So let me walk you guys through the four steps of this trading strategy. First and foremost, you need to have a very obvious draw on liquidity and a very obvious trend in the market. Is the higher time frame going to a very obvious draw being some sort of equal highs or equal lows, session liquidity, unfilled fair value gaps, new week opening gaps? That's very, very important. Step number two is do we have a valid key level? This can be in the form of fair value gaps the 5-minute chart and above, intermediate lows or highs inside of fair value gaps, rejection blocks or order blocks, any sort of key level that aligns with that drawn liquidity. And finally, you need confirmation. What I use personally for that confirmation is an IFVG. This is when a fair value gap gets disrespected in the opposing direction to confirm that your bias is right. Now that you guys know all of the steps, let me walk you through some real live trade examples that I've personally taken using the strategy. First, I want to show this example. This was a trade I took like last week. This was on Monday of August 10th, and I was waiting for Asia session open, okay? So, my higher time frame bias, first off, that's what you got to do. You got to look at the higher time frame and just see where we obviously trending towards, right? So, I'm going to go on the 4-hour chart, and I can clearly see that we are respecting bullish fair value gaps, and we are disrespecting bearish gaps here, disrespecting bearish gaps here. The very clear trend is higher, and what do we have right above us? Low resistance liquidity, very obvious trend line liquidity, relative equal highs, right? We have a high here, high here, high here. These are all really, really good draws on liquidity. So, higher time frame trend, very bullish, okay? Now that I know that, I'm going to try to only look for longs in that direction, and look for some sort of low resistance liquidity to get built up alongside this high resist or alongside the higher time frame trend, right? And I can also note that New York AM really didn't do anything, right? This is that same example that I was showing, but New York AM didn't really do much. So, I can expect Asia session to have that manipulation and distribution, right? So, that's what I'm going to be looking for. Now, where exactly can we manipulate into, right? That's really, really important because you need a key level, a proper key level in order to take a trade. So, I'm going to look at the daily time frame here, okay? Do we have a daily fair value gap? We do. We do have a daily fair value gap alongside this higher time frame draw, right? We can just like clear the chart. You can clearly see we have a daily gap right here. So, we can mark this out. I like to mark it out with a line just because it's easier for me to see. Now that we have this daily fair value gap, I also want to see do we have anything else alongside within this daily fair value gap range? What key level can we use within this? Okay, I'm going to hop on the 4-hour chart. We were just on the daily and then we look at the 4-hour. Oh, look at the 4-hour. We have a 4-hour bullish rejection block right here. Okay, we can mark this out right here. Why is this a rejection block? This is a wick, a big green wick that traded into a bullish key level, being this 4-hour fair value gap right here. So, a lot of times if we have these gaps here, the majority of like we're not going to go all the way back down to take out this low and then we're going to get a long. Can that happen? Yes, but a lot of times when we are in these buy models, the rejection wicks that get formed here just typically get respected and we can use that to send prices higher. So, we can use this as a key level for sure. And now we started getting some displacement. This is coming up to that 8:00 p.m. window. All right, so now that we have our key level marked out, we are inside of a daily gap, we have a bullish bias, we can also clearly see that we have a bunch zone highs here. We're on the 5-minute chart and you can also see all this low resistance liquidity right here is getting stocked up and built up so we can mark that out right there with some LRL. Very bullish coming into Asia session. So, I'm going to look for that manipulation and distribution since New York was very choppy since we had accumulation, right? But I need to wait for 8:00 p.m. Eastern time. And at the same time, even if maybe I wanted to trade pre-market, is there any valid entry here according to my model? Let's see. I need the highest time frame in order to take a trade of the manipulation like that hit this key level, right? We did hit the key level. So, let's see. Let's go on the 2-minute chart. We have a bunch of 2-minute fair value gaps here so this is not currently valid yet. Let's go on the 3-minute chart. We are inside of a 3-minute fair value gap. So, not until this is closed through, this will not be valid. And then we are on the 4-minute chart. So, the highest time frame of this manipulation leg is this 3-minute fair value gap. So, for the maximum amount of confirmation, I would need to see this 3-minute gap get ran through in order for me to take my actual entry. But, at the time of this being 7:59, a minute before Asia session, this hasn't actually happened yet. Now, this is going to be the sauciest portion of this video, and this is how to use key openings, okay? 8:00 p.m. open is a very, very important time. Why, you may ask? Because, again, with PO3, power of three, where you have accumulation, manipulation, and distribution, it's really important to see how that 8:00 p.m. candle is doing and what it is doing. And what I mean by this is that if you have 8:00 p.m. opening here, you typically want to see 8:00 p.m. manipulate lower if you're going to be bullish and then have a distribution higher. Have a move like this, accumulation, manipulation, distribution, right? Versus if you're bearish, what do you want to see 8:00 p.m. do? Accumulate, then you want to see 8:00 p.m. manipulate higher into a higher time frame bearish key level, and then just re lower. It's a Judas swing. The same way with 9:30. I can show you guys the trade I took today, just super quick here, but you can clearly see that 9:30 opens up and we go what? Higher into a bearish higher time frame key level right around here, and then you take a short off an IFG targeting any liquidity down here, right? But, it works the same during Asia session, right? It doesn't just happen with New York open. It happens with all of key time openings, like true day open, 6:00 p.m. open, 8:00 p.m. open, 10:00 a.m., and of course, 9:30. But, what we're paying attention to today is that 8:00 p.m. window. So, let's see what 8:00 p.m. does here. We end up opening, we end up manipulating lower, trading deep into this rejection block, and now we have the highest time frame for rally gap of this manipulation leg is this 1-minute bearish for rally gap. And we can mark this out with 8:00 p.m. open, so we can clearly see that we did do an 8:00 p.m. open low. And now, let's see if we get any distribution back up to confirm that we're going to get a high close, right? That's an OHLC or OLHC. Right now, in this example, what do I want? I want to see an open low high close since I'm bullish and let's just see. And boom, we get a massive candle through this one minute gap and we can check the other time frames here. Let's check two minute. Nope, the one minute here is currently the highest time frame in this manipulation leg. So, this is my confirmation. So, I can place a order right here. I can put a stop loss at the swing low. I can go break even at this internal high and then I can target around a one to one point eight RR or if I'm super confident in all of these draws getting taken, I can target all of this liquidity up here for a massive one to five RR. And let's play out this trade. Absolutely rips up. Me personally, I just took my profits at the slow hanging fruit for around that one to two. But as you guys can see, this just absolutely prints to all of our draws on liquidity above and this was just a really, really clean example of a good Asia session. All right, now let me show you guys another example. Again, starting off, what do we have to do? Look at the higher time frame trend. So, the four hour chart, this is on that same week. We can clearly see that we're just bullish, right? We're going up towards these swing highs. So, I'm just going to be bullish. Now, I want to see a higher time frame key level, okay? So, what is the higher time frame key level here, okay? Let's just look if we're looking at 6:00 p.m. open here, right? This is 6:00 p.m. open. We can clearly see on the hourly that we created this bullish fair value gap, okay? So, we have a beautiful hourly bullish fair value gap. We can also mark this out with a line right here. And that to me is pretty obvious. We can also look on the 15 minute chart and see that we did respect this bullish gap down here. So, we could maybe trade down to this intermediate low and then provide a move higher. But if we do get good manipulation and distribution from this key level, then we can assume that that will be the key level that sends us to the higher draws on liquidity being we can mark out this buy side liquidity right here and then that is that. Okay, so now what I'm going to do is simply wait for 8:00 p.m. open, right? Because 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. you can get good price action, but it is pretty rare and the majority of the times I just like to wait for 8:00 p.m. to just show me that direction because it usually will. So, let's wait for that 8:00 p.m. candle and boom, this is the candle of 8:00 p.m. So, I like to mark it out with the open and then I just like to write out 8:00 p.m. open. So, now we just play this out and boom. So, we ended up trading down into this hourly fair value gap and it looks like we got a lot of distribution back up here. So, it looks like right now there is no entry for the 1-minute chart from this specific manipulation leg that hit this hourly gap. So, we can go on to the lower time frame like the 30-second here and you do see that right around here we did get a bullish change in state of delivery. So, we had a series of down close candles here that traded into this key level. Then we get a body closure above that series of down close candles right here and this is considered your change in state of delivery. This is your creation of an order block. So, you can mark this out right here. This could be a potential entry. We also look on the 15-second chart. It is pretty rare that I'll take 15-second entries, but if you are really confident that this is enough distribution for you, that your key level is protected and based on all the other overwhelming confluences for this trade, you can assume that this 15-second can definitely take you up to your draw on liquidity up here. We also do have that major draw being up here. So, after getting this 15-second IFG and getting this 30-second change in state of delivery, this is the highest time frame in this manipulation leg that hit the key level from this swing high to this swing low, we can take a long position right here with a stop loss. We can put it at the body or if you want, you can put it below at the wick and then you can put a TP all the way up for this buy side liquidity here or the external buy side being up there. And now you can just watch this trade play out. And boom, you can go break even around here after we re-interact with that gap and get some distribution from that level and you can see we just take out all of these draws on liquidity and we just have a beautiful, phenomenal delivery. If you wanted like maximum confirmation and you weren't comfortable taking the lower time frame 30-second entry, you can definitely take like the 5-minute entry right around here. Take this 5-minute IFG, maybe put a stop loss. We can look at the 1-minute chart, see if there's anything obvious. Maybe just around here assuming that this gap isn't going to get traded back into being we are so premium now, and try to just aim for like a 1:1 risk-reward. Let's see how that plays out. And you can see that that hits TP as well. So, that was a little bit of a later entry, but if you did still like the overall idea, then that was another entry that you could have taken that 5-minute inverse. Now, before we get into the final example on the charts, I want to talk to you guys about what is different about Asia session. Number one, it moves slower, so don't just backtest this and click through the chart like that, but actually forward test it and watch it in live time because that is really important. Because the candles don't move the same as New York. It doesn't have that same amount of volatility. Now, in my opinion, this can actually be pretty good for beginners because it gives you more time to think about the setup, more time to perfect your risk, and overall give you less stress on the charts. Now, the second nuance that you guys have to be aware of is that Asia session tends to generate a lot of liquidity. Meaning, you guys must be focusing on the higher time frame trend and draw and be putting all of your focus on that clear direction in the market. There are so many times where Asia session will create a bunch of equal lows or ES will create a bunch of equal lows, and it just doesn't matter because there is lack of volatility usually in Asia session. There's lack of liquidity. Meaning, it's more likely to be generated during that Asia session time. So, don't put so much emphasis on those lower time frame equal lows and equal highs because I promise you, it doesn't really matter too much and to focus more on that higher time frame trend. And finally, new week opening gaps are king. It is the secret sauce that I always always use whenever I trade Asia session because it just prints like crazy. The win rate on it is really really good. With Asia session, if you see a new week opening gap formed and you hit a key level and you get distribution towards that new week opening gap, the win rate for this model goes up like crazy. So, that being said, let me show you guys an example of this on the charts. All right, so we're on the charts here and this was Wednesday in July and we can clearly see that we create a new week opening gap, okay? We can see right here. A new week opening gap, guys, gets created every day, usually almost every week on Mondays. It's called like a new week opening gap. Sometimes throughout the week, you'll get a new day opening gap and this can be any other day other than Monday or Sunday. But yeah, you'll usually see it, right? You can just clearly see that we have a gap between price and you can mark this out like this, okay? So, what I like to do is take trades towards this new week opening gap. Now, the window for this slightly differs because a lot of the times this can just get run during that 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. window. Um so, you can look for trades within 8:00 p.m. Um and that's what I'll typically do and I took a trade targeting this new week opening gap and I'll show you guys what that trade looked like exactly. So, need a higher time frame key level first, right? If I'm looking on the 15-minute chart, we can clearly see that we are inside of what a 15-minute fair value gap. And also on the hourly chart, guys, look at this, right? We are so, so bullish. We respected EQ of this range, respected this uh fair value gap down here. We have relative equal highs also leading up to this higher time frame draw and uh we have the new week opening gap, of course, leading up to that higher time frame draw as well. So, what do I want to see for 8:00 p.m.? Well, what I definitely want to see this hourly low get hit. I want to see some sort of intermediate low sweep because we already are inside of this hourly gap. So, I want to see just better manipulation here and let's see if we can get that. Let's see if we can take out this hourly low that's resting within this gap. So, the hourly low is right here and we can see that 7:00 p.m. ends up trading into that hourly gap, okay? Then we start getting distribution from this and as you can see right here, we have a 5-minute fair value gap. And this is the highest time frame in this manipulation leg from this swing point to this swing point that hit this key level. And now what we can do is basically just wait for an entry past this. There is no close here, so no entry. Still no entry. And boom, now we get an entry. And this was around 7:30. Once we get that close, you can enter right here. You can have a stop loss at this swing low. You can also have a stop loss at this down close candle assuming that if we trade into this, this will just be used as an order block to send price higher. And you can target this new week opening gap right here. Yielding you around a 1.9 RR. And if we play out this trade, absolutely rips up to TP. You could have gone break even maybe at this high right here, but absolutely perfect. So now you guys saw some examples on my charts. I want to tell you guys the exact framework, rules, and just how to go about trading Asia session for the first time. First off, like I was saying at the start, you don't have to choose just one session. You can see if Asia session is clean, and let's say I take a win during Asia session, then I'm not going to trade New York because I made my money for the day. Or if Asia session is super choppy and I don't like it, and I don't see any clear draw or any clear trend, then I'm just not going to trade it. I'm going to wait till New York. And I still have and stick to the same rules, usually just being one trade a day. I take a win, I'm done for the day. And the max I'll take is two losses, and then I'm really done for the day. And again, my risk management is pretty much the same. I'm risking 1% a trade. My stop loss is usually going at those swing lows or swing highs. And my targets are going to be those unfilled fair value gaps, intermediate highs or lows inside of gaps, session highs and lows. That time-based liquidity being previous day high, previous day low, and new week opening gap. And I'll usually have a 1:1 risk reward being my default, and a 1:3 RR being my max. And that being said, let me give you guys a recap on everything that we just went through. First things first, Asia is really clean right now. New York has clearly been extremely choppy. Number two, filter out before going into the session what New York did, and see if it could be clean during Asia. Number three, pay attention to 8:00 p.m. Pay attention to the open low high close or open high low close. It's going to tell you everything. Number four, the higher time frame draw on liquidity is going to be the most important. Always be paying attention to that. And number five, I still have my same rules being 1% risk per trade, stop loss at the swing low, 1:1 to 1:3 risk reward, and one win or two losses and I'm done. So, your homework, guys, is I want you to all go to TradeZella and back test Asia specifically. Because don't assume that's just the same as New York, because it is not. Volatility is different, the price action is different, and the way that it respects levels is just overall different. So, build the reps in the actual back testing before you go live. And once you are profitable, take it to the live markets. Now, that doesn't mean actually trading with money. I want you guys to just paper trade in this stage. Paper trade until you've done it for around a month to two months profitably, and then you can take it with your live funds. And if you guys want me to review the trades that you guys have been taking during Asia session and join a community of like-minded traders, then click the first link in the description below to join the 1%. We have traders like Yanick getting $14,000 in payouts in just 12 days. My boy Gus getting an 8.7 K payout across all of his accounts, and now he's on live funds. And finally, my boy YSX getting his first payout of $8,000 just after joining the mentorship. Other than that, thank you guys so much for watching this video, and I'll see you all in the next one. Peace out.
